Sandorè’s stuffed gnocchi machine on show at Sigep 2014

Stuffed gnocchi is a product which does not seem to be feeling the effects of the drop in food sales. The machines for making them will be on show at SIGEP in Rimini, Italy.

Sandorè, the well-known company from Zanè (Vicenza, Italy) will, as always, be taking part in the next edition of SIGEP, the international trade fair for artisanal ice-cream, bakery and bread production, which will take place in Rimini, 19 – 23 January 2014.

At stand 155 in Pavilion D5, the company from the Province of Vicenza will give sector operators the chance to verify the technological and construction quality of the multiline co-extruder, the very latest Sandorè machine for producing stuffed gnocchi, the newest development in the long-established and widely-used New Fantasy machine, which can handle even the most fluid fillings and a wide range of doughs, not only those made with potato.
