The agenda features numerous conferences, round tables and new initiatives, all set within an exhibition area exclusively dedicated to suppliers of machinery, ingredients and services for pasta producers.
The official programme of Pastaria Festival 2026 is now available for download. The international event dedicated to research, innovation and dialogue in the pasta sector will take place on March 30–31, 2026 at Stazione Leopolda in Florence, as part of Fiera Pastaria & Festival.
The programme includes all sessions of the two days:

Science & Innovation Day (Monday, March 30), focused on academic contributions and scientific research

Pasta Makers Day (Tuesday, March 31), featuring round tables, market insights and contributions from leading industry players

How to participate
Participation in Fiera Pastaria & Festival 2026 is reserved for pasta producers.
Pasta manufacturers interested in attending can request their free admission ticket by completing the registration form available at:

Once registration is completed, participants will receive an entry pass granting access both to the Fiera Pastaria exhibition area—dedicated to suppliers of technologies, ingredients, services, and packaging for the pasta industry—and to the conferences and meetings of the Pastaria Festival, scheduled for March 30–31, 2026, at Stazione Leopolda in Florence.
