Pastaria 3/2016 is now on-line. A special issue

The issue no. 3/2016 of Pastaria (in Italian) and Pastaria International (in English) is available for free download. Publication of World Pasta Day & Congress Proceedings, a new graphic design and launching of the e-book version: see what’s new in this special issue of Pastaria.

We are happy to offer this special issue of Pastaria – special for three exceptional reasons.
First, it is an issue dedicated entirely to the proceedings of the World Pasta Day & Congress, held this past October 25-27, 2015 in Milan, for which Pastaria was the official media partner. The articles in this issue are a collection of the speeches presented at the World Congress, which we are making available to our readers in either the full or summary versions.

Second, the issue has a new graphic design which will certainly not go unnoticed by the publication’s regular readership. Alongside the aesthetic motivations (the desire to create a lighter, more modern, more elegant and perhaps in the eyes of many – at least this is our hope – a more beautiful “look”), the intent behind the publication’s redesign was to improve its readability on digital devices, something even those who normally read it after printing out the files can also benefit from.

But this new attire was also made-to-measure for another reason: to make the publication available in another way.
And this brings us to point three. Starting with this issue, Pastaria becomes an e-book (file iBooks), providing an extraordinarily richer and more immediate reading experience.
