As part of the Pastaria Festival program within Fiera Pastaria & Festival 2026, a round table organized by MartinoRossi will address an increasingly central topic for the food industry: the evolution of high-protein pasta and new consumption models.

Through market data, nutritional analyses, and industry insights, the session will explore how consumer expectations are changing and what opportunities are emerging for the pasta sector.

Speakers: Matteo Angri (MartinoRossi), Letizia Berciotti (GDOnews), Eleonora Formisano (NielsenIQ), Andrea Ranocchia (former professional footballer), Nicola Ricci (Molitoria Umbra), Pier Luigi Rossi (University of Siena).

Once registration is completed, participants will receive an entry pass granting access both to the Fiera Pastaria exhibition area—dedicated to suppliers of technologies, ingredients, services, and packaging for the pasta industry—and to the conferences and meetings of the Pastaria Festival, scheduled for March 30–31, 2026, at Stazione Leopolda in Florence.
