Coming from the United States to the Pastaria Festival 2025, Tom Quinn, President and COO of Nuovo Pasta Productions, will present the Billion Meals Challenge initiative.
The goal? To mobilize the entire pasta supply chain to provide one billion nutritious, accessible, and sustainable meals to people facing food insecurity around the world. A project that combines solidarity, innovation, and social responsibility, aiming to actively engage producers, institutions, and consumers.

Following this, at 4:45 PM, the Festival will conclude with a farewell aperitif, offering participants the chance to share experiences, strengthen professional connections, and celebrate the close of two days filled with insights and networking.
How to participate
Participation is free and reserved for pasta producers, with mandatory registration either at the Pastaria desks or in advance here.
